Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your slot to another client.

Cancellations made without sufficient notice, missed appointments, or repeated last-minute changes may result in a cancellation fee or limitations on future bookings. In certain situations, we may need to cancel your appointment due to weather conditions, staffing challenges, or unforeseen circumstances. Deposits

For certain premium services such as ceramic coating, multi-stage paint correction, or extended bookings, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel without providing proper notice (at least 24 hours). This policy helps us allocate time, staff, and materials efficiently for your service.

No Warranty On Purchases

All services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we use professional-grade products and proven techniques to achieve outstanding results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as permanent stain removal, long-term effects of coatings, or full restoration of damaged surfaces.

Vehicle condition, prior damage, and environmental exposure all affect final results. We do our best to set realistic expectations during the consultation process.
